Angel Kane has been practicing law since 1995. While in law school Angel was a member of the University of Memphis Law Review and served as a judicial law clerk for Chancery Court. Upon graduation, she practiced with the law firm of Crislip, Philip & Associates in the areas of creditor’s rights, family law, wills and business litigation.
In 1998, Angel and her husband, Brody Kane, returned to Wilson County, where Angel joined the law firm of Rochelle, McCulloch & Aulds. In 2005, she joined Brody at McBrien and Kane and since then has focused her practice on family law, estate planning, and business law. In her practice she handles divorce, custody, alimony, child support, grandparent visitation, parental relocation, adoption, wills, powers of attorney, estate planning, probate and business formation and general civil litigation.
